2. Account Registration
2.1 One Account Policy
Only one player account is allowed per person and per household. Any second account opened by the same person, for any reason, may be immediately closed and the balance in that account may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Accuracy
When registering, you must provide your real personal details — your name, date of birth, and contact number. Any account opened with false or unverifiable information may have withdrawals denied and the account closed.
2.3 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. All activity carried out on your account is considered your own responsibility. ru88 is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized third-party access.
4. Age Restriction
This platform is for players aged 21+ only. We do not allow anyone under 21 to play, register an account, or claim bonuses. If it becomes clear after we have sent a notification that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any bonuses or remaining balance will not be refunded.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Payments sent via any other method cannot be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks for all methods
- Minimum withdrawal — 20,000 Ks
- Withdrawal time — we aim to complete your request within one hour
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are sent only to the payment method registered on the player's account. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Before processing a withdrawal, we may ask the player to verify their identity.
4.4 Deposit Review
For security and financial safety purposes, deposits may not credit instantly while we carry out a review. If there is a delay, you can contact us via Live Chat.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
ru88's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount. For example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering: 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks
- Deposit 120,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 220,000 Ks → Wagering: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus can only be received once, and may only be claimed once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
- If a bonus is found to have been used through hedging bets or any form of dishonest play, the bonus will be voided immediately and funds may be confiscated.
- Bonuses are not permitted on accounts where deposits are made by a third party.
5.3 VIP Promotions
VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — include weekly cashback bonuses. To claim VIP cashback at any tier, you must meet the qualifying play requirement for that week. VIP bonuses cannot be combined with the welcome bonus.
7. Game Rules
6.1 Fair Play
If it becomes apparent that players are not playing in compliance with the laws of their local area, we may deny or restrict access. It is the player's own responsibility to ensure they are playing within the law.
6.2 RTP and Game Settings
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of stakes returned to players over time, and this figure is set by the game provider. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
6.3 Football Betting
When placing football bets, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose an amount equal to your stake. In the event of any incorrect result settlement or dispute, our decision is final.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform —
- Any activity related to money laundering in any form
- Opening multiple accounts with the intention of claiming bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Using bots, computer programs, or software to automate gameplay
- Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage
- Arbitrage betting — exploiting price differences across markets
- Depositing or paying through a third party
- Reselling platform services
- Threatening other players or staff in any way
If we believe any of these prohibited actions has occurred, we may immediately suspend the account while we investigate, and may permanently close it after review.
8. Account Closure
8.1 Closure by Player
Players may request to close their account at any time via Live Chat. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure. Bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by Us
If there is clear evidence of prohibited activity, false information, or a breach of these terms, ru88 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any refund decision will be made after our review.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Restrictions

9. Personal Information

ru88 provides this platform's services "as is". We are not responsible for any game outcomes, even if a player feels a result was unexpected.
We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or reasons beyond our control. Should such events occur, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
11. Changes to Terms
